Nikari platform and enquiry services
Nikari provides property enquiry, matching, information and coordination services. These general services are distinct from licensed real estate agency work.
Licensed real estate agency work
Licensed real estate agency work is conducted only through the applicable licensed entity and state pathway for each transaction. Nothing on this website should be read as Nikari providing licensed real estate agency services throughout Australia without the correct licensing or partner pathway for that enquiry and property.
Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland
In Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland, Wiets Marais holds real estate licensing or authorisation. Licensed agency work in these states may proceed through the applicable Oxbridge licensed agency pathway (including Oxbridge Group Pty Ltd where applicable) and, where required, another appropriately licensed local entity.
Other states and territories
For property opportunities outside Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland, a local licensed entity holds the agency authority and conducts the regulated agency work. Nikari may participate through a referral arrangement, conjunction arrangement, coordination, or another lawful arrangement. The relevant agency authority, licensed entity, commission or referral arrangement, and contract pathway will be confirmed with you before any transaction proceeds.
Enquiry and listing confirmations
Property availability, pricing, inclusions, lot details, builder participation, contract structure, agency authority, commissions, referral fees and marketing arrangements are confirmed with you on enquiry and before you commit to a transaction. Marketing material on this site is general information only.
How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy. Licence numbers, Full Partner framing, and related public licensing facts are published on our Licensing page. Individual licence numbers are held by the named licensed agent personally and are not corporate licence numbers of Nikari Pty Ltd.
